Spoon, will it be ours?

well round 5 and our season is over, where do u start to piece what went wrong, this is my take.
1) the board has to take the major blame for supporting JT when it was cleared even to blind Freddy that after 2 seasons he had no idea on how to improve our defence, along with terrible selections. the board now has to tell the supporters why they let Robbie go then sacked JT 3 weeks into the comp, and remember we are still paying $700,000 for this year.
2) no matter who we sign as a coach, unless we sign some FORWARDS WITH SIZE AND MONGREL THINGS WILL NEVER CHANGE , all the other teams have beefed up there packs and we are still running a round with a A-GRADE PACK.
3) if we lose teddy ,moses, and woods, will the board come out again and ashore us that they have a plan and we will have to wait another 2-3 years while they get there act together.
I really don't no what is wrong at the tigers, but from the top right down to the players the whole operation stinks and us poor supporters are left watching a another season past us by.

Sadly, we're odds on for the spoon.

Only half a team of real first graders.
No fight in any of them
Most can't tackle properly
Our halves can't lead the team
We give away silly penalties
Most can't tackle properly
No fight in any of them
No pride in the jersey
We are a rabble

Cleary will earn his money with this lot.

Teams who win the spoon normally come back stronger the next year and maybe it's a pride thing but our team need to show this belief if it is to happen even if we do cop this as our turn

I reckon we'll get it. Our attack has become so predictable and so pedestrian, and that used to be our biggest strength.

Agrèè with most ot this although i reckon we can 15th place with a bit of luck
Also think a bit over generous with "half a team of first graders", more like four out of any 17 we can pick

Before the season started i predicted us to finish 12th, in hindsight i must be the most optimistic moron on the planet. The spoon is beckoning and the team is lurching towards it

I also believe this. We deserve a spoon for all the years of mismanagement. All coming down now in every department. Top to the bottom is broken.
We can't keep going on like this and the spoon will surely wake us up.
I'll embrace it because we need it.

I loathe getting the spoon but to be honest it may be the only way things will improve. This rubbish cant continue. If Cleary is the incoming coach there is no way he can be held responsible for this disgraceful season

The only way our club would learn if they were threatened with losing the franchise. One drama onto another with this lot

I have always been confident of avoiding the spoon every previous season. Even when every moron so called rugby league expert would tip us for the spoon at the start of nearly every season, i would still confidently state to anyone i had a conversation about football with that we might not make the 8 but no way would we be coming dead last.

This year however i think we are seeing the perfect storm forming. Massive instability at every level and department of the club coupled with (what i am expecting) the soon to be announced departure of our best player in tedesco and captain in woods, followed by probably moses who we chose over not one but two other good options at 5/8 (austin and martin)

I think these things will continue to trouble the team throughout the whole season

I wouldn't say we are certainties. However for me we are clear favourites for it.

If I were to put money on a team to get the spoon now it would be us without question.
