load of SH*T should be someone elses turn!

good points: eels in a friday night blockbuster
2 day games
playing canberra in canberra on a sunday early in the year (you dont want it at night in the middle of winter)

bad points: opening on a monday night again!!
short turn around from the roosters game to the parra blockbuster
3 games in 12 days to start the season, not fair on the players, same happened this year

Who gives a rats????

If they are good enough and have put the necessary hard work in they'll win…....

DEFINITELY NOT accepting any excuses next year

Been doing that far too long......

Monday Night Football, a short turnaround and a trip to Townsville in the first 5 weeks. :brick:

Still its going to be early in the season so they know what they have coming and need to be prepared, no excuses!!

Exactly….......

2 Sunday arvo games and a Friday Night Blockbuster in the first 5 weeks....can't complain about that.......

Holy crap, people are lining up excuses for the team already!!! I just love the optimism. Good point by Fergiefurr in playing in Canberra early in the season. How many days to go??

Season is that little bit longer for me now. I won't be going to rounds 1,2 and 5\. Round 3 is iffy too. At least I can catch a few of those on television I guess.

I guess state cup games won't be released too much in advance??

FIrst 3 games within 11 days. Same as this year. Thanks NRL. Do Ch 9 and Fox seriously not take common sense and SOME player welfare into consideration when deciding the schedule?

im just saying its sh*t having to start the year on a monday night, for the team and the fans. we started last year with a home game on monday night, it should be someone elses turn this year

For the players it should pose no problem at all, especially as we are the home team.

For the fans it is a P.I.T.A as far as I am concerned. Waiting all the opening weekend to watch your team go around.

Still I just want the season to kick off again so won't complain too much

Not aimed at you Fergie,

Just think that 2010 will see a very fit and tough tigers side. Couldnt care less about the draw, bring em all on :righton:

Monday night football is terrible. Should be banned, and a game returned to Sunday afternoon.

Hate Monday Night as well.

Never gonna get dropped though as it is a massive ratings winner for fox sports…
