Mostly a passenger out there. Fully fit he probably drains the 2 point FG that Lomax shanked.Cleary definitely carrying a niggle.

BrooksSay Cleary is injured and out for game 3, who will be NSWs halfback? With Moses also being ruled out
I disagree completely . The blues looked infinitely better when he started to take control . And played on the Ad line . He was digging in deep into the line and giving good ball for his edges .Luai was better in the second half after a poor first but he has too many silly errors in his game, usually from over enthusiasm.
I guess it's live by the sword die by the sword, but he'd be a much better player imo if he sat back and picked his moments a bit more. It always gets a little frantic when he gets the ball nearer the ruck, whereas when he's two wide on a shift with a bit of space he comes up with some excellent plays.
I know it's an origin thread so don't want to bring Tigers footy into it too much but gee we really need to put him in the 6 to get the best out of him.
He’s been great in other games but he’s not fit.Is Cleary overrated?... he imo has yet to really own a SOO game
Has never done anything in origin. Is Cleary overrated?... he imo has yet to really own a SOO game
Reminds me of cricket 30 years ago. S**** bowler v **** batter is even contest. Good bowler vs good batter same result. Statistically even but players miss out. Bad players don't get shown the door. It’s poor coach vs poor coach. Close to two of the all time bad origin coaches.
Galvout says Hi.Brooks
Eddie Ward too. He was pretty good.We haven't had a Qld ref since Dave Manson in the 90s......actually forgot Tim Mander .....did he ref SOO
The grasshopperEddie Ward too. He was pretty good.
Almost all of our tries came from Luai playing 2nd or 3rd receiver.I disagree completely . The blues looked infinitely better when he started to take control . And played on the Ad line . He was digging in deep into the line and giving good ball for his edges .
He had 2 errors in the 1st half . Neither led to points .
Like I said Cleary was a passenger , and once Lyai took over we started to get back into it .
The whole team was much better in the second half. They came out too over hyped in the first half, tried to niggle too much (Luai was a main offender) and didn’t handle the conditions well at all. Totally different team in the second half, much more disciplined and focused on playing footy.Luai was better in the second half after a poor first but he has too many silly errors in his game, usually from over enthusiasm.

He's brilliant. He's going to be undeniable well before Cleary retires.Isiah Katoa. He may get the start in next year’s series anyway.
Large font required. With Daley on screen an add just popped-up saying "You win some, you lose more". How appropriate, should tattoo it on his nose.
He wasn’t so good. Before Klein, the worst referee in origin. His politics were okay though! The grasshopper
I liked Mander .....Balmain supporter and he got the 2005 GFDidn't mind Manson. Honest, always tried to get it right. Understood he wasn't the star attraction.
