Sheens is a fan of the NFL coaching structure.......Wests Tigers the 49's of the NRL...
Head Coach & Offence ..Tim Sheens
Motivation & Witches hats...Roycie..
Defence Coach Ricky Stuart
Strenght & Conditioning ...Folkes
Interchange & Warm up...Gentle...
It's the future....
Think that coaching staff wld cost as much as the playing roster!
Nah,the coaching "future" ….isnt in proven losers, nor ESL "winners"where success rarely translates into NRL,nor in unproven assistant coaches from other clubs.
The coaching "future",ladies & gentlemen,is entirely in our own backyard already,& doesnt include Sheens nor Royce...& Im certain Humphreys is sufficiently astute to recognise it

A loss to the dogs will have the place jumping a win will have Sheens offered another decade at Concord

You could be right..Sticky meets all the qualifications to add to Sheens payroll(funded by the Tigers).
Lets see now,an old mate (this time from the from Canberra days)down on his luck, totally unemployable….um,that just about covers all Sheens' bases i should think?

Correct!!!!
Sheens is very loyal to his mates…...
As a defensive coach Stuart would be amoung the best in the NRL.....
