He is a sook and a serial whinger. I would be embarassed if he coached Wests Tigers and carried on like that.

You make excuses and pass the buck like that and you get the performance from the players that kind of attitude warrants. All victim, all woe is me, zero accountability.

Professional sportsmen and professional sporting organisations get on with their job. Their are correct channels to explore issues available to every club.

There is an important reason why officials are a no go zone. We want to encourage growth in the ranks and need to accept that if you don't want a stop start 3 hour game you need to allow for human error. It happens. Good teams get on with it.

Bottom line is Ricky stuffed up this season. Wok Ryan said it best on ABC radio. By announcing the cull as he did the Parramatta Eels are now a team of individuals trying to secure their playing future. A team of individuals will get beaten every week by teams working together as a unit

Even potter wanted to have a go at the refs in the last presser but he said he couldn't afford it. I'd be pissed off too if i was ricky, refs are just as bad this year as last. Thought we'd changed something first couple of rounds but nope….back to the same old rubbish.

The reffs seem to have gotten worse right when interference from coaches and other outside forces becomes prevalent.

I am fine with the standard and accountability in place this season though and there are new reffs in the lower grades showing lots of promise who couldn't get a gig under the Hollywood and his buddies regime

Im glad we dont have him as our coach

I couldnt believe he sat on the Footy show and said the players he has let go for next year are not good enough and letting the team down.
Dead set fool to say things along those lines mid way of the season. After all the players still have to play the rest of the games and knowing what the coach thinks of you is sad especially him saying you dont have the skills.

He will never make a great coach IMO.

Each game of Rugby union is decided by penalties, soccer games are full of crap decisions with players taking dives and other rubbish but we don't hear too much about those poor refereeing decisions.

Unfortunately, tune into every NRL game and its "the refs fault we lost".

Maybe its to do with lesser TV coverage but other sports don't seem to whinge as much.

I think it could be a case of we just don't hear about sports outside our country

If you see their forums , it's not really different anywhere

the other issue is before you know it ,they are playing their next game
