Stuart to be announced as new raiders coach

I received a message from a friend in Canberra who had word from a 'reliable source' that furner will be dumped and Stuart will be named as the new raiders coach tomorrow. Im no tiger99 and have no way of verifying this rumour. If true it would be a positive for the raiders. The club has underperformed for a long time and it's not because they haven't got a decent roster IMO.

They have three props who've played Origin & Tests (Shillington, Learoyd-Lahrs & White) + Tilse, a NZ Test back-rower in Bronson + very promising and semi-exprerienced kids like Picker, Papalii, Fensom and Mataora. Joel Thompson is a very good young player who unlike many is genuinely equally effective at centre or back-row. Their hooker options with Buttriss, Waddell & Berrigan aren't great, but offer some depth & variety.

Young up-&-coming potential stars in the backline coming up like Wighton and Lee, to go alongside Dugan, Ferguson, Croker, Robinson etc.

would love to see Ricky go there & ############### it all up even worse than dumb Dave Furner.

I don't think anyone could ############### it up more than Furner, except maybe the coach of parra.
