Do you think when they interviewed him they told him they were keeping his appointment a secret from the football department? I wonder what business process lead to his appointment. Are there minutes? It all seems so amateurish.

Yet professional. Good choice Fulton. Has connections. Much more so than Benji, Robert and Tim. The amateur's in coaching. Particularly the former 2.

Without knowing much how it works,the tigers over the past few years, have released marty topou, Josh aloia ,luciano,matterson, joe 0, moses mybe and the big winger who went to the gold coast. before their contracts were up.I'm sure there are others.
There has also been the dreadfully poor signings of Packer,Reynolds and Ballin to name a few.
So,is this good or bad management.
Considering the team is coming last and staring down consecutive wooden spoons, the answer is obvious to supporters.

My feelings on Sheens is that he sounds a bit old and jaded .However I don't think any coach could have made finals with this roster and weak backline .
I think the 3 headed coach approach hasnt worked .Better with one master chef in the kitchen . I feel if we had Sheens as Head of Football ( boss of recruitment manager )
Benji as head coach . And Robbie as CEO -couldnt do worse

That’s my beef these coaches came through the junior coaching ranks , not parachuted in on their reputations to a struggling first grade side. How the Club and CEO saw this as recipe for success baffles me
