Just listening to graham Hughes blowing up a caller who dared to question the sheenius. No mention of the shuffling 6 positions for 1 injury. No mention of how unaccountable sheens is . Is this bloke in bed with sheens or what? I don't listen very regularly but was of the opinion that Hughes had some idea about things. Now I think he is a bonehead

When Peter Tunks is the guy on the panel with wit and integrity you are off to a bad start

Adam…..shouldve done better, writes better than he speaks....but yes I was waiting for Adam to bring up 9 halves combos due to a fullback injury, disappointed he didnt.

Hughes & Sheens played against each other for 10 years, Hughes will never say a bad word about ol matey

Hughes spits the dummy, big wooss....love Adrian gettin under his skin

Hughes loves sheens and will never ever bag him, robbie is a tool who has no idea, Pappy and tunks both call it as it is.

Actually is we all look beyond our preconceptions Hughes was right. I actually cant stand Hughes but what he said was right. The caller rolled out the old chestnut of 3 semis's in 15 years and Hughes countered with "what happened in the last two seasons" (not this year). That is a solid fact that Sheens got us to a bees dick of a GF two years in a row.

Hughes went on to say that he thinks Sheens should leave, but not for those reasons. One of the few times I agree with him.

So we only count the last three years Glennb, like Humpdy suggests?

Because we disregard all his premierships if we do.

If we dont….we take into account the old chestnut of 15 years of failure PLUS his GFs

Cant have it both ways

Nah…Ink. THis isnt a should Sheens stay or go thread, its a "Is Graeme Hughes a tool because he said Sheen s should stay" thread.

Just keepin it real. Hughes said Sheens should leave for much the same reasons that I believe he should leave for.

btw....Hughes is clearly a tool (but for different reasons)

Fair enough.

I also imagine it would be very tough for GH, trying to be objective about a mate…..he does gloss over a lot, way too much...GH isnt much of a media person, but yeh, mates are mates

I am not sure what happened over the next hour of the show, but around 5.15 there must have been a Forum member here giving his reasons why Sheens should go with quite logical argument and Hughes was in agreeance and actually conceeded that Tim Sheens time was probably up. Further more the caller mentioned that he was not renewing membership and email response from the Club was to remove member from the data base, Hughes asked for a copy of the email. I think there was a topic on this after Melbourne Storm game
