This is just my opinion, but Api is already on the decline. Of course his standard is still good, but we need to be careful with how long we sign him for. He might be busted in a couple of years.

Makes sense. Api is on contract until the end of next year as is TDS. One more year to develop is ideal for him. Extending Api is not wise he will be 34 in 2027.

Extend Tallyn for 3+ years and offer to loan him to another club for 2026 (like Harry Grant). Come 2027, Tallyn can start and Api can play that 20-25min role.

yep ,he's just not tough enough or ruff enough,but in the few games on fox i watched him last year he did not take the game by the throat ,same as a lot of our next gen , seems they have a green light to just stand back n watch ,call me old fashioned but it didnt happen way back when like that
