Serving an apprenticeship was suggested by Tallis at the link -
Tallis believes the Tigers need to convince Da Silva to serve his apprenticeship before taking over from Koroisau.

Loyalty is important. Koroisau has been loyal to the WTs, is the best hooker at the club by far and in return Marshall is loyal to Koroisau. No doubt teammates are watching closely. Does the club dump Koroisau for Da Silva, a player of potential? Or do they stick with one of the best hookers in the NRL and go with a transition plan for the next dummy half in the Pathways system?
