Tigers aren't bending over to anyone here .
We obviously made a decision that it was better for us to let him go... We could have kept him if we wanted... Didn't matter if it was Parra, Penrith or Hull KR..
Its more like Parra bending over for Tallyn and paying him way more than he is worth

I’m still amazed that tallyn was due to be on close to $500k next year.

Any increase in contract or term, would need to be above this amount and reflective of possible trajectory as well.

BREAKING: Tallyn Da Silva has signed a long-term deal with the Parramatta Eels with the young hooker joining the club with immediate effect.

Da Silva will form a lethal 1-2 partnership with Ryley Smith in the coming seasons.

Richardson has overseen one of the best recruitment drives in WTs' history. We don't know what players will join for next season in addition to KPP and May. Da Silva had the opportunity to stay and compete for the no 1 hooking role against Koroisau, but chose to join the Eels. If he doesn't want to be at our club, best to move him on.

Parramatta has a pretty stacked roster however every year they just seem to lack something.

When Moses goes down, they struggle.
He goes down every year nowadays too.

Got some strike in the backs and some decent forwards - i really rate Jack Williams, has some grubbiness to him. Also their fullback is great.

However, yeah... they aren't overly impressive and I think this will continue.

Their off contract players currently are;
- Wiremu Greig
- Haze Dubster
- Joey Lussick

Bringing in TDS on a monster deal + Jack DeBelin, there'll he a few more departures to allow this.

Penrith Juniour.

Came through as a 6 but has been playing hooker the past season and a half @ Parra.

I like his style. He's behind Smith & TDS now.
He'd be a suitable player to play cup and fill in first grade when needed.

With all the signings Parra have made, surely they could let one go.

Not sure that signing a player behind Smith and TDS would make a big difference to us moving up the ladder.
