What is the rush to push Ayshford into the forwards? Many on the previous forum got their knickers in knots, because Sheens was pushing backs into the forwards(As quite rightly they should have), but now there are many wanting to push Ayshford into the forwards.
He is young, has a good physique for a centre, has good pace and looks like he could be a good centre, so leave him there.
We have other up-and-coming players in the lower grades, WHO ARE PLAYING IN THE FORWARDS, why not bring them on to play in the NRL forwards?
Nah, that would be just too damn easy :unamused: Let Sheens continue to screw with players attempting to transform them into something their not. I mean, look at Johnny Morris, he turned out to be a great option in the halves for Wests over the last 3 years  Worked like a charm.
Leave backs as backs, forwards as forwards, halves as halves etc. The make-shift mentality is one main reason why the Tigers have not performed for three consecutive seasons. Let's hope the current Australian Coach can do away with this ideology for once and for all in 2010\. To see specialists playing in key positions next season would be extremely refreshing.
