He's a winger, but big enough for a forward…though what Sheens plans are i dont know.
With news tonite of more possible recruits its hard to gauge just what we'll see next year, but I must admit this apparent shake - up has revived my interest a lot....theres quite a few new buys that could potentially be very good

Saw the big fella standing next to Tuiaki in the tunnel after the Eels game and he was significantly taller TNT, looks to be around Galloway's height but more solid. If his knee holds up and he gets himself fit then he could prove quite a handful for opposing teams.

im not sure if he will get a run in the starting 13 next year, unless TNT does not recover in time. if TNT and ryan are fit, then they will look to retain their spots. ryan gets drilled a little bit on this forum, but in all honesty, the guy plays his guts out week in week out n even though he does not set the world on fire every single game, he certainly is one of the most consistent players (wingers) in the game.

Ryan does try hard; but "one of the most consistent players (wingers) in the game" - he is not!

Tuiaki will almost certainly miss the start of the season. He isn't expected to start running until after Christmas which will hamper his pre-season.

Unsure at this stage. It was initially suspected that Tuiaki may not be right to play until round 6 or thereabouts. His injury was pretty horrible but he might heal quicker than expected. I don't think we will know anything until next year when he can start running again.

Perhaps Tui will start his first few games as a utility if he has lost a bit of pace through injury? Could cover a few positions

I dont think he'll be a utility….wing and a bit of unofficial back row's all he's played I think, I wouldnt fancy his D in the centres, no good in the halves, hooker or anywhere else.

Agree Ink he wouldn't be able to fill halves and hooker role, but he would add more value then a Hanbury type. If Sheens' goes down that path again this year, I would rather Tui filling that role for his first few games back. If we get injuries to our halves, we've got other players who can shuffle positions (Fulton, Lawrence, Ashyford).

It will be interesting to see whether Tame starts 2010\. I can see the trials being more important then any other year next year. With much more depth, the only players guaranteed a start in their preferred position are: Lawrence, Marshall, Farah, Galloway, Ellis

I thought Hanbury was superb with that role this past season. Very decent utility IMO. We'll have Flanagan as a utility I'd imagine, he can cover quite a few positions.

And you're right about the trials, very exciting stuff!
