Tamou Leaving the Cowboys

Tamou will be like a Adam Blair when he leaves the Cowboys.
He has succeed in a successful system with has suit his style of play, I reckon the next team he goes to he will be a flop on huge money.
Most players that move on huge money are never worth it nor show the same effort they played with at their previous club.

As stated above we have more than enough middle players now. We could do with a really high quality backrower but I'm not sure that there are any out there who are going to leave their club.

For the particular player that you have mentioned maybe looking at the second Tier of players with the attitude required there out there… Bellamy finds them all the time.

Maybe they might need to let go of the Jennings brothers to help ease cap restraints, we could take them or Whare.

Coming into next season Whare will have played about played about 15 games over 2 seasons after having had injuries to the knee, calf and hamstring, including only 50 minutes this season. He might only be 26 but with that recent injury history he would be a riskier signing than Ballin…

I like him as a player but I certainly wouldn't throw big money at him given the risk.

True, but if we could get him cheapish then he might be worth the risk, I mean we went after Ballin so it is not out of the realms of possibility.
Personally I think the Jennings boys would be good, they would have a point to prove after not being given a crack in first grade, and we would get the benefit.

Penrith front runners? How do they still have enough cap space to make big offers? They've done nothing but buy the last couple of years..

Report of a $3 million over 4 years contract, that is $750k a year we can spend elsewhere, like a strike centre, or winger as we don't have any of these either.

I think we should be making a big play for Whare.

He is just the type of centre we need.

Yeah he'd be good, hopefully we get a shot at getting somsone like that here.
