Tapau release

I think many are looking at it the other way - glass half empty

Marty doesn't make these dumb plays when they are not losing.
He doesn't intentionally go out there to foul people, he enjoys a collision though.

When his team is down and out and he has tried his guts out of fatigue and frustration he has mind explosions.

When he played for us he wasn't as bad, he had people like Sue and Ava around him having a real dig unlike his current team mates.

Whoever signed off on releasing him deserves credit. He will be serving 6 week suspensions for nothing shortly because of his history. A dumb footballer with massive dibs on himself. If he lived up to his own hype he would be a champion.

i love how people honestly think the nrl or MRC have an agenda against the tigers

justin hunt is receiving ZERO weeks and a penalty for that high shot on sunday. the triple m boys were calling for a send off. i think gordie disagreed as it'd ruin the spectacle

Taupau is an impact font rower and one of the best. He is no edge forward probably good for 50 minutes a game. He is not worth the cash and it was smart by the Tigers to stick to heir offer as Manly overpaid.
I think Manly will be found out for their recruitment drive doesn't add up like Para.

Can't control his aggression. Those of you saying he is going well for Manly - he has impact for sure, but they are a struggling side (like us) and he struggles in those situations. Late shots, lifting shots… he just reverts to uncontrolled aggression.

He'd be great to run on with a good side, like Broncos or Cowboys, but not with a battling team.

Sure he tries hard, but he's up there with brain explosions of the current NRL rosters.

Dud signing, dud player.

James Gavet 2.0 but less injury prone - at the moment.

Manly is his third club….
He'll be there for what, a year or two?
Then back to NZ, playing off the bench for warriors.

Snappin necks and cashin cheques.
