Just heard Marty on this afternoon's Talkin' Sport - he was excellent! Great sense of humour, spoke very well - articulate, serious about our defence focus, but ready with a good laugh.
Most impressed. Sounded very upbeat and excited about our prospects.

Not a lot of scoops but I can summarise.

Would love to play Origin,been here since he was ten.Def a blue!

Got questioned on out play style and back Taylors plan 100%,no hesitation.

Does do some arm flexing in front of the mirror at home but not in public.

Wants to play 80mins but happy to "chip away" at how he is going and hopes to get there.

He has a brain, a vocabulary…and a sense of humour...and not afraid to share them with us via media...unlike some cliche riddled personalityless bore-a-thons ala dce

Wow, that was a really good interview. Not so much the questions put to him as they were pretty generic, but he spoke really well. Great stuff.

He spoke very glowingly about Jason Taylor. talking about how they were focusing on defence and Marty was quick to shut down suggestions Tigers are best at All out attack. He seems to have all the boys onside with him does JT. I guess that's one thing we can say is going well behind the scenes.
