Sorry to butt in but there was a player at Spurs (Son Heung-min) in the EPL who did the same after scoring a goal, pretending to take a photograph with his hands, a celebration he referred to as "capturing a good memory" of the goal.
I think that Taylan does the same after a try.

My Cuz played for Oz this week in the Defence Force union side and I told uncle to tell her to give us a cheeky wave or something, so when they were walking on to the ground for the anthems she turns to the camera looking straight at her and she gave us a smile and a wave. It was kool. So if they are doing that between them, then good on them.
