The guy is pretty damn unstable.

That said, I really lament that these sport stars are held to a higher standard then many in our community. The guys are 20-somethings and I wish they would be allowed to do a nudie run at a bar sometimes OR glue their arse to a trainseat or whatever... You know normalish stuff that a young 20 something would do. ...

Taylan though it's a serious problem and he needs serious guidance with a firm hand if he is going to get through this. He needs a real mentor.

or belief in himself that he won't be that person he was anymore, put all the help around him it means shite if he;s not listening some extent

No better way of helping him cement his belief in himself than picking him for first grade straight away. We simply couldn’t show any more faith in him.

He’d pick up on this immediately and probably play the best game of his entire career.

We are not qualified to drag out his appearance and to try to fix his head. We are straying way out of our lane, there’s experts for these issues.

Richo pretending to be a sports psychiatrist and Benjis footy deep sleep therapy won’t cut it.

Unless he’s physically half dead, he should be rushed into the side.

Otherwise we aren’t being fair to us or to him.

Whatever else Taylan is, he’s a professional footy player. This is something he loves and something he cares deeply about.

Withholding him to make ourselves look good, noble, fashionable and wokey is rubbish.

Give the kid a go, we’ve got nothing to lose.

I hear you.

Trust the process though.
He's been out of the game a fair while.
Few weeks to get the conditioning up to scratch and he'll be straight into cup.

I've got high expectations for him, in regards to footballing. He should carry himself like a man and do everything that's asked of him.

I can see him quickly becoming a very valuable squad member.

im not backing your theory about get him into 1sts asap. But my ultra universe see's merit in it .Taylan has been on hold for 2 years, needs time. Settle pettle is professional sports , they will rush him back before they should just at the right time ,3wks or 6mths . Flip a coin you call it

I hear you too.

I am very anxious for his arrival, I’m genuinely concerned that we don’t have much time.

We miss the boat so often, I wonder why we drive down to the pier.

And like everyone else, I want something from the season.

I understand.

I’m not expecting a lot of people to agree, but I think my strong position on the topic has some merit. A couple of other posters agree.
