Heard on The radio today Taylor says sorry to Farah infront of all the players , I was thinking this is a major G up did any one else hear it , had his donkey manager on after it saying it's all good we are past it now and Robbie will move on and looking forward to next season
Can't beleive this stuff

Donkey manager you may call him but I betcha he will be a magnet for players in the future, he will have a full stable for sure.

He already has BBF. He's a very smart operator.

Did we all forget about his hand in the Tandy betting scandal? He's crooked as they come and would rather the club not deal with him.

Put simply you don't get rid of the guy making the most tackles;
whom can also launch an attack;
plus great kicker in play;
back up goal kicker;
can give the ref a spray;
and defend himself with honour as well.

A couple of these gave me a good lol. First any ham and egger can top tackle counts, that isn't a unique skill for a first grader, especially a hooker.

Back up goal kicker you say? Haven't seen him take a shot at goal since 2007\. And even in 2007 he was bog average and only had about a 30% success rate.

As for your last 2 points. Purely the words of a one eyed supporter. You wouldn't find many people that aren't one eyed Wests fan that would find these 2 qualities, (or agree with your wording, particularly the last one) admirable in this man.

It doesn't matter what you and i think CB. Players sign with him, because they know he will put their best interest first and knows how to get the best deal possible for them. Rightly or wrongly, that's what makes a good agent.
His stable is full of very good players.

No, Ayoub will put his interests first, which means he will go after the most money any way he can to maximise his own commission. The most money may not necessarily be the best move for the player in the long run.

Plus if you wouldn't be circumspect in your dealings with him after the Ryan Tandy thing then I have some snake oil to sell you…

Idk, but if Farah commanded the respect some claim, don't you think any player who was offered the C would reject it out of respect and based on how he's been treated? Especially with Farah still at the club.

No I don't think that this is the case at all.

Farah's ambassador job - by Michael Carayanis
The Robbie Farah saga has taken another dramatic turn with Farah agreeing to a role at Wests Tigers when his playing career finishes. The Tigers have offered – and Farah has accepted – an ambassador role with the club once his playing days are over. Farah is contracted to play at the club until the end of 2017, and at this stage intends to fulfil the agreement, scuttling talk of a move to the English Super League at the end of next year. This comes after coach Jason Taylor apologised to the playing group for the way the Farah situation played out during a Port Stephens training camp. Meanwhile, the Tigers are still on the lookout for a prop for next season, with Tim Grant and Brenton Lawrence among the options.

Surely now it must be game, set and match. Bring out the champers or the undertakers depending on what camp you were in. But…we all know there is nothing else to argue about in off season. The gift that keeps on giving as someone else once described it.

I think the stats were done before. In big games especially the top teams then (St George) were favoured by the refs as did not want to upset all fans etc.. That is when Robbies' gob comes in handy to remind them to do their job without favouritism.

Concerning the last point as my footy mate told me the other day that Benny used to defend with his head - Robbie can come up looking prettier than that. As hooker one cannot let themselves be intimidated.

I forgot to mention another quality, quoting Benji, he is the best in the game at reading numbers up the middle.

The guy almost sold his own son down the river with the same issue Nelson

That says enough in my books

I'm ok with the ambassador role - as long as its selling the Tigers in places like outer Mongolia. Once his contract is up the club needs to cut all ties with him.

Apparently your standards aren't as high as those required by the Court. Innocent until proven guilty or in this case a lack of evidence. But hey, keep up the butt hurt Happy Tiger.

Because the court system is flawed isn't it

Just because you can't prove something doesn't mean it didn't happen

3 random people all betting on the same event ….

So using your logic Gerard Baden Clay is innocent as well ...........

I'm with Happy on this one. Some incompetent judge who didn't even understand what a multi is. Regardless of what you think about him when it comes to Farah, I wouldn't trust him at all.

We've got the possie out criticising the court systems in 3 jurisdictions! As far as I am aware at this stage, manslaughter is not involved in the Farah/Taylor issue.

Your the one protecting Ayoub :unamused: and telling us that he is innocent

Fact is you will waffle on with any garbage to defend your position , don't let the truth or facts get in the way
