I never mentioned Farah , just wanted to correct the myth that nothing happened until Cherrington came on I know that your heading sounded good , but I know that you would like to have your inaccuracies set straight.
Seeing asYOU mentioned Farah , I will mention Him, how many of Farahs 38 tackles tonight do you expect Cherrington to make next year ?
Only one player gotnthenjodgot close to that, Sue.
Cherrington may be our next hooker, but there's many who agree that he's not ready yet otherwise we'll have to bring Fulton out of retirement, to help already tackle shy players to take over the workload,
And I noticed you didn't mention Moses standing off Ferguson, and arm grabbing him as he ran in his first try
You'd better take cherringtons pics off your bedroom ceiling though, he's pretty young , and there's a name for that, if you didn't know

Well said….
I can't believe how many dopes have it for Farah, **I think most of you are anti habib or magpie nazi,** the guys the current nsw hooker and your comparing him to a rookie?????

What the hell does anti habib or magpie nazi mean???

Tonight we all witnessed the changing of the guard, team going nowhere enter turbo charged Cherringhton…it has been a long time since I have seen such a total team dynamic change , once he started darting and throwing quick and precise passes the team responded.
Well Taylor seems to be on the money with what is being done ,unfortunately he had to put Farrah back on or the Farah backers would of been up in arms as it was probable his last game .

….and the control taken by Brooks. He was receiving the ball 4 times out of 6 in each set.

Gotta keep Halatua to ease him into firsts but jeez he looks the goods.

And you have just become aware of this? Don't you think this was recognised a long time ago in the Balmain SG Ball?

Taylor is the worst coach in the NRL by far. His tactics and player management are bad and his public relations and media management are an embarrassment to the club. His tactics have been criticised by Wally Lewis, Andrew Johns, Brad Fittler, Phil Gould and many others this year. Even Mick Potter and Nathan Brown criticised his tactics and use of Farah.

He lost the locker room at Souths and was decked by a player. He then subsequently took it like a child and bad mouthed and whinged about Souths Management Team. Everyone of us is wired a certain way which, can't be changed and Taylor is not a person who commands respect by players.

It is being reported we will pay out Farah in full and if this happens Farah will leave. He will then sign another contract for $500-$700k p.a. and be the highest paid player in the game and good luck to him.
Farah leaving will be good for the Tigers if we handle it properly, which, this genius stuffed up royally.

I want us to win and Taylor is the biggest issue we have. His performance has been abysmal and there have been times he has cost us games trough his tactics and player selection notably: Milone, Lovvett, Santi, Hoeter etc.

A very good summation of Taylor. The damage he is doing to the WTs' brand while still coach is very disappointing.

I was trying to think of a concise way to sum up how I feel about Taylor. You've done it for me here. Thanks. I share your concerns.

Nice try and attempt to deflect but you see it failed

Someone starts a thread or has anything to comment on Farah at all you are the first in to either belittle or attempt to swing things it's clear you have a love fest.

Farah is a quality hooker no one questions that, the purpose of this thread was to highlight some qualities seen from a hooker who is his replacement that Robbie really hasn't shown much of this year, let alone for a few years.

Next year all round will be a different game, forwards won't have the same punch, will be fatigued and the dynamics will change a lot. The smaller players will have more opportunities to play ball, cherry feeds the ball a lot quicker and in front of his halves which in turn gives them greater opportunity and space to perform. Robbie struggles with that because of his often one or 2 step from dummy halve which allows the defense to eat an easy 2-3mtrs onto the halves already.

It's the glass half full

It was nice seeing a hooker give good clean ball to the halves and not try to take over the whole set in the 20\. Farah gives the ball way too late as he wants first look.

It's a shame we can't play the nz nsw cup team every week.

You have got your feathers ruffled haven't you?
As I said you brought up Farah, not me. Would you rather no one corrected your inaccuracies in your original post??
And Cherrington is still at least another year away from a full time first grade spot, but you're entitled to your opinion , no matter what it's like.

I don't think it was Farah who changed the momentum though.

I think the halves have been playing well all year to be honest - given the slow service they have received from Farah. No time to think, but plenty of time to get crunched.

Blind Freddie can see that Cherrington is the way to go.

You don't need to take a barrister to a meeting to be told that.

Not taking anything away from all those good years but now - Big ego, axe to grind, disruptive, dissatisfied and needs to move on.

Robbie knows he won't be there next year. He's just making them sweat a bit for the disrespect . It's also Ayoubs job to get the best deal for Robbie to move on. That's what's happening now
