I'm not convinced by anything from this coach. I've given him a chance on and off the field but he is not the man to rebuild the club in my opinion. I know of some talented junior rep players that are changing clubs next season because they are turned off from our first grade coach. JT in my opinion is just trying to save his arse and buy himself more time. He has heard all of the rumours of Robbie having influence on the sackings of past coaches and he can see the influence he has on the playing group. This is very intimidating for JT who is losing the playing groups respect. The playmakers are getting frustrated because they can't play their natural game. We will get no salary cap relief from this decision at all. Our win rate is scary when we are without Robbie. Love him or hate him, this decision and the way it was handled is amateur hour at it's finest. Cherrington will be a fantastic player, but there is no way he is ready for 80 minute footy next year. Brooks has gone backwards this year. Moses looks frustrated . Sirro looks lost. I fear that JT is actually damaging the young players futures and I hope that it is not permanent damage
