Taylors new asistant coaches

What a joke, this idiot dressed up as karate kid on mad Monday when coach of Souths and had the s*** kicked out of him. That's the respect he had at the Bunnies. Don't expect a rush of star players wanting to play under a coach with little ability and less authority than what the Tigers had with Potter. New board no idea. Another long year ahead.

Hey Beau you're a comedian.

Welcome aboard JT. Was very professional in his playing days with the Magpiies. In his stints as coach at the Eels and Souths was successful. Welcome back.

He has actually played with a few of the assistants around

Dymock ,Fairleigh ,Egan ???,Kidwell .

Probably more I can't think of

Would Like Dymock and fairleigh but since they are already assistant coaches at dogs and Penrith respectively doubt they sidejump to us.

His first appointment should be Peter O'Sullivan… This bloke is a magician with fitting players under the Cap.

Don't need him, we just need his calculator.

Out of interest, I am very keen to see how Easts fare next year. If they fall to bits it will be not only wonderful for me to watch, but it might give an indication as to how integral JT was to their success.

He's obviously seen first hand what that halves coach (sorry, forgot his name) has done with Pearce over the back end of this season. The kids game has improved tenfold. I wouldn't be surprised if it's not on the list of things he has planned for Brookes/Moses. I'd like to think so anyway.

The Guys name is Allen Bell…

Brett Kimmorely as assistant coach would be a good choice...

I would love to see Garth Brennan come on board as an assistant as well as Steve Folkes ( highly doubt that will happen though).
Other contenders - Nathan Fien, Ben Walker (coach of Ipwisch Jets), Jason Demetriou (coach of Northern Pride), Mark Riddell, Daryl Clarke (head coach of Castleford), Justin Holbrook (NYC Parramatta)
JT should look for a mix of experience and youth.

I would also grab either Mark Andrews as S&C from the Dragons or give Matt Copper a shot (i will get shot down for that one). Skando needs to go.

I would also get rid of McDonald in recruitment. We need fresh blood with clear eyes in this role.

Here's a thought

I've been watching a bloke today who would be the perfect assistant coach for the Tigers

Stacey Jones ,brilliant attacking mind , could teach a heap to Moses and Brooks

Thoughts ??

Totaly agree Happy. Stacey was a wonderful player to watch. Skillful, smart and fearless for such a little man. Loved watching him play at the Warriors. Would love to have him at our club assisting Tailor and mentoring our halfs.
