Team For Next Week VS Roosters

Given all the disruptions already, the last thing we want is a big reshuffle - e.g. keep our right edge the same, our starting props the same, etc. Team Tiger's original side looks the goods and I'd be confident that if our three playmakers play like they did tonight we will win next week.

i totally agree we got good back up and if our key players aim up we can beat the roosters all the pressure should be on them i can see it now all week in the lead up to the game the Tigers cant win to many injuries we play well as under dogs…......go Tigers..

this is what id love to see
1.wade mckinnon
2.mitch brown
3.blake ayshford
4.Tim moltzen not sure if hes ready? maybe Dainiela?
5.matt utai
6.benji marshall
7.robert lui
8.andrew fifita
9.robbie farah
10.keith galloway
11.simon dwyer
12.al schirnack
13.chris heighinton

14.aaron woods
15.todd payten
16.bryce gibbs
17.jake mullaney

I think its obvious brown & daniella in for leichhardt lotti & chris & gibbs on the bench for schirnack & moltzen on the bench.

I don`t think Wade McKinnon adds anything at all to the side.

I normally agree with you Vicious… but we must be watching different games. The last two weeks I thought McKinnon has been top notch.

Steven, imo McKinnon is the worst fullback in the comp. He is experienced and does position himself well, but his big asset when he was a dangerous attacking footballer was his blistering speed. From what i`m watching he appears to have lost considerable pace which constant groin injuries can do. Tim Moltzen and Jake Mullaney are both young and hungry and both have the pace to worry the best of defence.

If he's got good positional play and defuses attack that's enough for me at this point. He looks good at F/B and has made some half breaks. I would rather him than an unknown quantity like Moltzen at this point.

glad there have not been alot of calls for moltzen to start.
i just worry sheens will have a must play moltzen mentality.

daniela to partner utai on the right and brown to partner aysh on the left.

Iam afraid theirs a lot more to the no1 role than being a attacking machine. Moltzen and Mullaney have real defensive issues. McKinnon has been around for years,he does the little things right and his attack will get better as he regains confidence.

For the time being I would keep Moltzen at no14

yep that looks good for me too, just bring in people for the injured players and leave everyone else. We don't need positional changes going on on top of the injuries.

Agreed. Also Gibbs will not be back next weeks. Another 2-3 weeks.

I am preying we don't get any more injuries, because we can handle it now, but any more and we wil start to struggle.

I would be keeping Moltzen in the 14 jersey, he isn't a specialist centre and if Brown and Daniella are available they should be straight in.

The entire point of having one State Cup side for the NRL squad to filter down into was so there was a direct replacement in the lower grades.

Really it should be unchanged bar Daniella and Brown to come in. They have played well on the left side for BRET and are a handy combination

Looks Like Perritt is out, so that evens it out with us losing Lote, stupid roosters though will be due for a win this week after that loss

Same as this week, with Brown & Daniela replacing Lote & Lawry.
Gibbs on the bench.

1.McKinnon
2.Brown (obvious replacement for Tuqiri)
3.Daniela (more than capable of containing SKD)
4.Ayshford
5.Utai (i was one of his biggest critics but he has impressed the last 2 weeks & deserves his spot
6.Marshall
7.Moltzen (I have a feeling Lui wont recover from an ankle injury & would rather him rest up for a week)
8.Fifita
9.Farah
10.Galloway
11.Dwyer
12.Payton
13.Heighnington

14.Meaney (5/8,wing,centre,Fullback. should be our utility if Lui is ruled out)
15.Woods
16.Gibbs (Should finally be back)
17.J Shirnak

Did anyone else notice on saturday that mitch brown and sean meaney where warming up with the first graders as well, not sure who will play centre to mark SKD on the weekend, though i thought the roosters where quite ordinary yestrday against the bulldogs, all they seamed to do was put bombs up all the time so we will have to be on our gaem there, at least anastas goal kicking isnt great either, probably on par with benjis
