As bad as he was, he actually wasn’t the worst 5/8 back then. Had a lethal rubber that set up a few try’s for John Wilson. They had a good combination. To this day, I still rate John Wilson as the most underrated player to put on our jersey.

From memory I think the legend Taniela was on his way to scoring a runaway try, Rangi was the only bloke within cooee of him so TT stopped on the tryline and handed it to Rangi to score. Remember that "Crouching Tiger/Hidden Dragon" dude from the forum back in the day had $50 or something on TT to be last tryscorer so TT cost him a decent payout with that🤣🤣

Cheating ref in the '10 prelim final cost us big time.
TT was awesome to watch, loved it when he just bulldozed over blokes. A real shame what happened to him☹️

That’s only a slight possibility - although, I think you’ll find Gallants injury cost us more in that year - we were on a good run, Gallant went down and moltzen had to move out of half… we were shot from there.
The year after it was Benji and Robbie’s inability to close out a game that cost us… all that ball down the dragons End for nothing only for Soward to March down and take a FG as soon as they were in range…
I still remember Farah’s dumb grabber straight down Boyd’s bread basket… 😒😒

That’s only a slight possibility - although, I think you’ll findGallants injury cost us more in that year - we were on a good run, Gallant went down and moltzen had to move out of half… we were shot from there.
The year after it was Benji and Robbie’s inability to close out a game that cost us… all that ball down the dragons End for nothing only for Soward to March down and take a FG as soon as they were in range…

I stiff call won’t ever fix 20 minutes of poor decision making from your team leaders…
if we’d got it, could have taken the 2 - but would you have backed Benji in from that far out on that side back then…
His kicking was ordinary at best!!
