Team lists

The Wests Tigers seem to be soooooooo slooooooooow in releasing their team list each and every week.

Bearing in mind three key things.
1 - all clubs (except souths) use the same generic Bigpond CMS to run their websites. In other words, their websites systems are all the same
2 - some clubs release their team lineups via video. This would require a fair bit of time to setup, record, edit, export and upload.
3 - times taken from the last-update time of the team's website. This may not represent when the list was submitted.

13:26 - Storm
13:51 - Dragons + video
13:56 - Broncos + video

**2PM**
14:34 - Titans
14:59 - Newcastle
14:59 - Raiders + video

**3PM**
15:13 - Manly
15:33 - Penrith
15:57 - Eels

**4PM**
16:06 - Sharks
16:10 - Cowboys + video
16:52 - Bulldogs

**5PM**
17:12 - Wests Tigers

Roosters, Warriors, Souths - no information

I don't know about you guys, but it's really frustrating having to wait until after 5pm when, clearly, other teams seem to be able to post their sides much earlier in the day.

that being said, I'd rather a team list come out after 5pm if it represents the team that is likely to play on the weekend :wink:

I think Sheensy picks the team 2weeks in advance and then it has to get through committee…..

well it's not a huge problem at all, it just seems odd.
In recent years they have been really very early.

Sheens knows if he releases the team list early it gives ppl like us more time to complain about the selections..

All websites are managed essentially by a company called c4\. However the content is done by club.

I'm not as stressed anymore about the team list as it always seems to be changed just before kick off.

A lot of coaches have openly stated that the Tuesday naming of a side is difficult to get 100% as there is a lot that can happen in the next few days before a game.
