My question is how was it all allowed to become so stale? Also, given what had clearly happened and the reputation we were, as a club, starting to build (All flair, no substance) as well as some of the talent that had started to be moved along for Sheens’ pets - why and for what reason were we forced to pay him out such a substantial contract over so many years? Blind leading the blind.

All i have to to say is Scott Longmire.

He saw it coming.

The club tried to move Sheens to a coaching director role. The fans called the Farah and Marshall affair the power struggle that crippled the club. The real power struggle was Sheens who refused to see he could be used and valued in a Director of football role.

We havent recovered since.
