This is a game that will need an ultra professional effort from us to win. Maybe not the most brilliant, but the team has to turn up and keep it together. Especially in the first 10 minutes. We don't need the big clutch play.
I'm worried about Luai. His aggressive style of play is great for origin or in a world class side that gets the rub of the green from refs and can absorb penalties better than we can right now. Please no high shots, sin bins, or obstructions. Don't try and change the game charging a kicker 55m out from our tryline with the game in the balance, just after a fantastic defensive effort. I'm surprised by his lack of awareness at times.
This is a game about making less mistakes than the warriors, building pressure, just executing when the chances come.
Most of our worst performances this year have come from screw ups or sin bins in the first 8 minutes or penalties that change the match situation. (Either the Penalty, or the counter punch from not concentrating after them). If we are chasing more than 6 points after 10 minutes, or someone is sin binned we are done for.
