Team vs. Sharks

We now have one hand on the wooden spoon, any player who is not in Potters plans for beyond 2013 should not be considered. It's now time to start moulding your team for the years to come and start giving any player a go that could be a chance in the years to come.

17.Ava/Groat

Blair with 5 hit ups, 36 metres and 14 tackles should be dropped.

That is poor for a former Kiwi International on big money.

not exactly what i would go for,but you dropped bodene so a big thumbs up from me.
amazes me people are finally wanting to drop blair but think 40 yards a game from bodene is acceptable.

Thompson played in the centres did he not?

He is a forward so give him some slack. If you want to drop someone for non performance, Marshall leads the list by a long way.

does the same in the second row.
if there was going to be one plus with him moving to centre was some impact out of our end.
did he,no.

same old lack of production.

It would be nice if Potter/Simmons selected a team of players in their correct position. We dont need a 2nd rower in the centres or a forward at 5/8 or a FB on the wing..I thought this was all over after Teflon left..

this would be my team this week, I don't understand the 2nd tier cap so i've ignored it.

I thought our game plan was the biggest problem last night… We went into the game with no Props on the Bench, played BMM on the right [usually left] and didnt have a Halfback. Bodene was caught out flat footed playing in the Centres and the guy who did get a late call-up, was not even 60% fit… I know a very smart old coach, and he always said most games are won in the preparation?!

Now that the club has released Miller, I'm gona put a sprinkle of 2005 into my Halves. This week I'd like to see some Magic:

7\. Marshall
6\. Moses

And stick by my choice of playing Buchanan from the bench to come on after 20min to keep us going forward, much like Payten did in 2005!

Fire Up Tigers… We can beat these Gummy Sharks!

I like your team, especially the idea of Buchanan coming off the bench.

Just one q, Pettybourne dropped?

From what I have seen of Moses, although has amazing ability, I think he still has a schoolboy frame and needs at least another 12months and probably more to build himself up to the grind of the nrl

I am going to ignore salary cap restrictions

1\. Tedesco
2\. Mr T
3\. Simona
4\. Reddy
5\. Koroibete
6\. Marshall (on shaky ground)
7\. Brooks
8\. Woods
9\. Farah
10\. Ava
11\. Pettybourne
12\. Thompson
13\. Sue (reward for strong performances)

14\. Sironen
15\. Pettybourne (prop rotation)
16\. Buchanan (like him to come on after 20 mins)
17\. Fulton (second row/lock rotation and play big minutes)

I have dropped Blair and BMM to state cup. Both need a big kick up the arse. BMM work on your hands son.

Brooks is the half to bring the best out of Benji, but is it too early for him this week? I think his combination with Benji will be awesome, and free Benji to do what he does best (whatever that is).

Otherwise i like the team everett posted above.

Sue to start:

Wests Tigers Coach Mick Potter has revealed exclusively to Members a change in the front-row for this Friday’s clash with the Cronulla Sharks.
>
Following two impressive performances off the bench, Sauaso Sue will make his run-on debut in the number 10 jersey.
>
Potter will look to change things up this week, following last Round’s 40-4 defeat at the hands of the Bulldogs.
>
“This week we are mixing our middle up a bit, we have Jesse (Sauaso) Sue coming into contention,” Potter said.
>
“He has been doing a great job from the bench so he’s earned himself a start this week.”
>
With the Bulldogs and Broncos match under his belt, Potter is confident that Sue can provide an added spark this week against the Sharks.
>
“His aggression is going to be one of the things that will benefit the team and also his metres”
>
“He is very good with his metres, I am looking forward to seeing him play.”
>
Stay tuned for the full team announcement later this afternoon.

That is good news Hybrid… We need to maintain momentum in the middle 40 minutes and having Jack come from the bench allows this to happen.

Hopefully there is some more changes!

Simona a starting centre.
7\. Benji
6\. Fulton
13\. Sirro

I think Benji, Farah and Fulton will work as they know eachothers game. I would love to see Brooks get selected but fear its too big a task in such an already inexperienced side.

Is this confirmed?

If we are solving the no prop on the bench by shifting a small backrower to starting prop and our slightest starting prop to the bench we have bigger problems then I thought
