#teamfirst

Last season this, last season that.
And this year, the results are one thing, the #teamfirst attitude is everything.

17 players on the field.
Benji and the backroom boys in their corner.
And us fans?
Well, speaking for myself, I'm here for the team, the footy on the park and the fun of Wests Tigers doing their magic.
That's what footy is all about, remembering the good stuff, winning things, and looking back on it.

2005 is such a memory.
But that's the point: it is a memory.
The time is now.
Panthers first up tomorrow, and the rest in their turn.
Home, or away, I don't care.
Just that the boys do their best, put in 100%, and let the results prove to the NRL that we are sick of being the soft whistle victims, the team that misses most 50/50s calls, or just simply missing out playing with the big boys in September.
We've been patient.
It's time NOW that #teamfirst proves what it says and the team bleeds for one another, shoulder to shoulder, tackle by tackle, and sweat becomes sweet!
NOW!

Mate, I'm smelling a W.
We seem to play OK against the Panthers, and the team has a lot to play for.
(Just putting the Galvout saga in the rear view mirror is a good place to start.)
The downside for me is the venue.
IMO, and contrary to maybe the popular view, CommBank never feels like home to me, and even more so this year when the Panthers are using the ground as their temporary home base too.
Anyways, jerseys aside, ground aside, it's still 17 v 17.
It comes down to ticker and wanting it more.
Champion teams will always beat a team of champions.
Fingers crossed eh, champion @innsaneink 😉

I dont recall Ziggy giving us too hard a time in the past...hopefully we play smarter this week...cant go givin penrith any start let alone 24 or whatever it was againts NQ
