I don't think they will go with Moylan at fullback this year. But NSW need a fullback that is a playmaker because they'll choose defensive halves.

Can't lock in Dugan for anything, he has to be the most injury prone of all the fullbacks, even though they aren't always long time injuries. It's always something, good player though, and seems to have grown a brain this year
