Teddy's ankle

Bumbling around the net looking for info and watched a fox report that had footage of teddy on crutches turning up to training, Halatau spotted him struggling with the scans and grabbed them off him… Wasnt too good to see Teddy in that shape, but Dene was walking around fine no strapping on, which is good to see.

VELBEXX–-17-INJURY-REPORT
Further scans on James Tedesco’s ankle have determined the full extent of his injury, with the fullback set for an extended stint on the sideline.

**Tedesco underwent arthroscopic surgery today to investigate the injury further, with a worst case scenario seeing the fullback miss up to nine weeks of football.**

Club medical staff are hopeful that with extensive rehabilitation, the time period will be reduced to six weeks.

The findings of the surgery revealed the syndesmosis to be unstable, with the 21-year-old undergoing a procedure to stabalise the ligament today.

Tedesco sustained the injury during the Wests Tigers’ 34-18 victory over Manly-Warringah and left the field in the 49th minute.

Between Round 11 and 14, Wests Tigers are expecting to have Tedesco, Sauaso Sue, Curtis Sironen, Dene Halatau and Tim Moltzen returning to the field from injury.
