The marquee player signing might have helped a floundering Canberra, but it has failed a financially desperate Tigers. It has been hard enough to swallow how we could never afford big name players. It's even more ridiculous that we can't even hold on to a team in which most have played under 30 NRL games. How could we not hold on to those guys? Especially when you line our team up against the Roosters squad cap-wise?
