We have to remember that Fifita no longer with Dogs doesn't mean all that money is suddenly available to someone else. TPA's don't necessarily transfer directly to another player.

The first suggestion of that was insaneink a week or so ago when he said that it was his conspiracy theory. & a good one it is/was too.
So good in fact that pretty much the next day the media started reporting it and it snowballed from there.

The so called 'journalists' that cover rugby league (& most other events in Australia) really are that pathetic that they would trawl fan forums and then report them as 'an informed source close to the club' or, more commonly, fact.

I know for a fact that the dogs are back in the hunt to sign him.. Whether they get him i have no idea but they're prepared to have a crack. We better give him that extra $100k he wants and quick because the dogs seem to always get what they want…

oh yea! good theory to be honest, and you might be right that the media have picked it up and gone with it. But the mole sounded extremely confident (84% i believe he said lol ) on radio. Not sure if that was the same as the one on twitter but

There is no way tedesco will be waiting for hiku a second string player for manly to make a decision on his future. if it was this straight forward tedesco would have signed by know, something has happened for sure.
the longer this drags out the less likely he will sign because he would of signed if he was happy with our offer by know. I just wish the club could some how inform the members so we could at least chuck in funds to keep him. There are wealthy members out there like myself who could help if we knew what help was needed

I want teddy to stay as much as anyone and here's to hoping the tigers resign him. In all honesty, is a rival team prepared to spend more then the tigers to sign a player who has spent his first two seasons out of the game with injury? Then after 4 rounds he's the hottest prospect. All rumours, the tigers and teddy will be as one for the majority of his career if not all of it. Go Tigers!!!
