I was at the footy show in Brissy last & I thought Errin said Tedesco is moving well at training & is a chance of playing this weekend can anyone confirm this?
 
I'd say even if he is right to go this week, they'll give him the bye just to make sure of it. No need to rush him
 
he is getting ready to run to a bank in Canberra. ive never known such a young player to be so greedy. its like he know he has a terminal injury and this will be his last contract

Stop whinging just because people don't lick the you know what of your supposed mate.

Tigers fans want him to stay. He owes the club I feel after playing just 20 odd games in 3 seasons. Our other blokes are re-signing because they see a premiership on the horizon.

If tedesco makes a massive deal good luck to him, but dont expect people just to be his lap dog and pat him on the back when this drags on and on.
 
He setting himself up for a nice old earful all night tomorrow night in the players enclosure, saturday night game with plenty of ales being consumed, they day after he travels to canberra ….Im sure he'll get lots of advice tomorrow night...from all the ''so - called fans'' that pay their money to go to the games year after year

With all due respect I don't think he should leave his current club in the lurch for months on end.

And I think his current club should offer market value , if they had of we wouldn't be in this position

I want everyone to listen to Potters interview in regards to who wants Tedesco to stay

The players want James to stay , Mick wants Teddy to stay but no mention of Mayer wanting him to stay

And that's because Mayer can't see what the fuss in Tedesco is all about
 
He has a contract to play for the tigers this year. There is nothing forcing him to stay. He may want to stay for his mates and the chance of a premiership. He should ask for as much as he can get. If he signs a three year deal and only plays 20 games, like he has for us, he won't get another one.

There is not a single person on this forum that wouldn't look at their options and try and earn more dollars if their current employer let them look at what the competition is offering.

Many, many people look at other jobs and consider moves even when they have job. It's not about being disloyal or disrespectful. It's about doing what is best for you and your future and family.

Tedesco does the same thing and he is treated like garbage.

As long as he is open and honest and allows both us and other clubs plenty of time to make aletrnative arrangements, he is being more than fair.

I hope he gets what he wants both in money and personal satisfaction from WT. If not, I wish him well elsewhere.
 
Everyone seems to be blaming Tedesco and Ayoub for the delay in sorting this out….lets not forget it takes 2 to tango.
What's the real figure you have offered Mayer so we can all work out who is kidding who.

From Potters interview I get the feeling we are now offering him way more than we had hoped to. If this is the case I would imagine any hope of recruiting some new blood or even resigning the likes of Gavet may be a thing of the past.

Are you referring to a $200k pay cut from what Canberra is offering him? If so I think that there are a lot of other things like a happy team rapport and a much better coach that would offset such money..
