Apparently lost 12kg in a month...thats insane

Im no dietician but that surely cant be good to have such fluctuations...i can imagine.a.bloke his size easily putting tge weight on....extremely hard work.getting it.off

Good on him
He seems to be able to constantly do things that are seemingly impossible or at the very least impractical, like running a marathon in the preseason, having huge weight swings, fasting, etc.

He's definitely a different kind of animal.

Maybe he gave some to Tom Starling. He’s apparently put on 6 or 7kgs.

I’ve heard a 55kg jockey say he’ll loose 2-3 kilos before tomorrows race, and he was built like a pencil.

It’s not that big a deal for pro athletes, especially if they have a bit of timber on them over Christmas.

I would guess most of the weight loss was a result of fasting. The long fasts (24-72 hour range) have become quite popular. In those 3 days you can lose a few kgs. So if he did that say 4 times in a month then the 12 kgs makes sense. As long as hes back to his normal routine now I think it would be fine .
