Seriously though if it happens, it will be extremely good business. As much as Luai shifted the narrative on the club, May coming showed we were becoming a serious destination. Also there could be an opportunity for his other brother come 2028…

Let's say it's $1m per year for 3 years, kicking in from 2028.

We'll have him for his 29, 30 and 31 year old seasons. He started in first grade later than most at 22/23 years old so will carry a little less wear on his tyres compared to others. He shouldn't fall off during the contract, and if he does it'll likely be in the last year.

$1m per year is the going rate for a top prop. Haas got $1.2m per year, Koloamatagi $1m per year over 5 years. So it would be a good result, especially considering we could see the cap steeply increase starting in 2028.
 
If we need to sign Tyrone I would be doing it for 27 onwards , this would give us a player 1 year earlier than the 28 , he can cover a few spots and I’m sure he won’t break the bank and Benji probably has a few he will move on at season end , Tyrone could be the leader in reserve grade we need and solid back up for first grade , and the other player is that Fletcher dude from Newcastle , he is a solid player and again won’t break the bank we need a few of this type as others hear already are going to get increases and Luai money will get chewed up pretty quick
 
Doubt reed has any idea, atleast from our end. Sounds like his manager is trying to spread some info to see if any other clubs might show interest in making May a million dollar man. Just my gut tho

Tyrone could be a leader in reserve grade? Life is too short brother for reserve grade when he's doing well in First Grade. Why the hell in his right mind would he do that?

Using your logic, why are you on the forum? Nothing you post makes a world of difference, so should you just stop posting?

I hope to follow this team for another 50 years. If discussing the ineptness of the owners means it stays on the radar, then in good with that. Maybe one day in the next 50 years someone with enough power can do something about it.

The Wests Tigers NRL club and its fans deserve better than to be held back by parties preventing progress, because they are protecting their own personal interests (aka magpies or balmain).

This is what I heard today. Both Terrell and Taylan three year extensions to 2030. Tyrone to be signed as part of the package. If Tyrone is roster spot 28-30 I can live with it. Terrell and Taylan to be announced over or after the weekend.
