The 3-2-1 thread

Too many bad points for Moltzen to feature in any 3-2-1\. He showed in the last 20 that he's a tremendous 5/8\. Such a tough situation for Sheens as Lui, Marhsall and Moltzen are 5/8\. How do we fit all 3 in?

Couldn't agree more Sirro. His first 60 minutes were forgettable. When is that guy going to run the ball back hard and quick on a kick return? And then there were the dropped bombs which was one of his strong points last year. In the end he was a vital part of the win but he has to lift in my opinion or he will be the one to miss out when TNT returns.

im sorry but how some of you have fulton there is ridiculous

benji
farah
galloway

lawrence, ellis and moltzen where also amongst the best, and also well done to lote, if this is what hes capable of after 3 sessions and 5 days back in the country, then 2010 is gonna be a great year for him

Its early days, but the comment on Fulton looks to be in line for dumbest post on this match. In my opinion of course.

what did he do that was so fantastic that warrants people giving him 2-3 points?

hes a starting FG back rower, he played an average game, defended well but offered next to nothing in attack, no offloads no meters got driven back almost every hit up.

Very hard this week…

3\. Marshall - I love watching him take on the line at speed and have players running of him! He can slip a pass from anywhere to anyone it seems! Incredible talent!
2\. Ellis - Would get the 3, but Marshall put us in the box seat all match i thought. Although Ellis' carries were great! Hard to split the two... but Marshall probably gets the nod ever so slightly.
1\. Fulton - Wished we didn't resign him and was spewing we let Galea go.... that said.. hit hard! Nomore soft tackles... he pulled of some VERY big hits tonight on blokes alot bigger then him! NOW VERY HAPPY HE IS BACK

Next to nothing in attack? Are you deranged? Did you actually watch? Is this some weird wind-up?

what about fultons offence? driven back in almost every tackle and got dominated, hes good defensively, and always has been but what he did tonight was nothing special and really less then what you would expect from a seasoned back rower.

Still no one has got it right,,,,

3\. Lawrence
2\. Fulton
1\. Ellis…..

Honourable mentions,,,,,Asyhford, Moltzen. Gibbs, Galloway, Ryan, Lortay, Ryan and Heighno......

well youve got it just about as wrong as anyone could of.

galloway was our best forward and benji and farah owned the second half, and ellis out performed fulton, the only way you could of got it more wrong was if you put moors cayless and flanagan in there

3\. Benji
2\. Ellis
1\. Tuqiri

Mentions to Ayshford, Lawrence, Gibbs.

Ellis was a colossus, an an absolute titan. Dominated in defence and put in attack. Incredible performance. Had to be 3 points.

Marshall was fantastic. The ball for Fulton was an absolute peach.

Lawrence for the 1 point.

? he put lawrence away? you mean he passed the ball to lawrence when benji put fulton through a gaping hole? and he scored a try that really took no special talent but to be able to run at a reasonable speed, fulton was our 4th best forward tonight maybe 5th

He played lock tonight and played it VERY well. Covered everyones behinds in defence and when he tackled… he hit VERY hard. He was hit hard a few times but despite some seriously heavy contact he didn't get intimidated. His offence was solid too. Not so sure what you expect...

Take of the OH NO... NO MORE FULTON GLASSES... I did... Tiger town looks alot brighter without em..

3\. ELLIS - What a time too score your first NRL try, let from the front.

2\. MARSHALL - Stood up and lead the backs to score 3 late tries.

1\. FULTON - Great in defence, did what was needed in attack.
