Regardless of what you think or how you feel about the man,.what has he done in his tenure? We are an nrl team that is judged to be successful by its win/loss column and finals appearances. We have gone backwards.
I like him, he came across as very passionate and seemed like he cared a great deal about our team.
Still doesn't amount to much.

I honestly do not wish to revisit his tenure and look forward to the future. But I still feel he's got some great attributes to lead or manage a club in another governing type role/capacity.

Putting all things into perspective, we've basically been treading water in a cutthroat and competitive business. The team just aren't really getting ahead and haven't been for so long.
