The Chairman who cried wolf (and jumped at shadows)

And the Raiders did the same with their Anzac jersey last year yet nothing said

Agree on nothing said on them, there is also a systemic NRL issue forming here potentially as well. The NRL approve the designs and clearly in their governance don’t actually verify these important designs.

However regardless of that it doesn’t mean we didn’t stuff up and it should be acceptable.

You know I don't think I ever heard politis speak and would be hard pressed to name another chairman in tbe game.
Ever since this clown has taken over, he's in an article every month.
Exactly mate. You know what, without using google, can anyone tell us who the chairman of the Melbourne Storm, or the Sharks, or any other strong club is?

Ikin at the donkeys and Blake Solly at Souths. That would be it though. I havn't really heard anything about ikin this year though. As it should be.

100%.
We supply bucket loads of content for them and then cry victimisation when they smack us about.
Heads down, work hard …no interviews, no puff pieces saying we are turning the corner etc…shut up and win some games of football.
Negative content is replaced with positive once you are winning.
Shave the players heads too.

Major Payne drilling until they're competitive.

M_T, you are right about the NRL's fault in this.
I'm in the industry, and here's how it would have happened.
We give our jersey suppliers a brief on the order of X hundred new design Anzac Day jerseys.
Their minions in the artwork department would have taken the quickest route to come up with an "army" theme . . . . going to istock and selecting the first generic image that comes up. The absolute laziest and IDGAF route possible.
They don't understand the ramifications of choosing an American scene, and so don't see the problem.
Either do their bosses.
Either do the WT.
Either does the NRL.
The kid in the jersey company should have included the word "Australian" in his search . . . but is probably a lazy entitled wokie . . so what hope do we have.
His boss should have picked it up. It is the effing Anzac Day jersey, after all.
Ditto the WT.
Double ditto the NRL.

It's all he has, little man with his lawfare threats.
The only real reason people fear it is because it costs money to hire bloodsucker to defend yourself against another bloodsucker. Even if you win you lose.

He will sue some fans eventually. That will be his downfall.
