The game has moved on but the coach is still playing yesterday's game ,what a disaster this has become .
If the club has an option it needs to be implemented immediately and a new coach sourced for 2022.

I have been sticking up for Madge for a long time but I am so sick of losing and something needs to change urgently.
I don't have the answer but if we let Madge go I would go after Flanagan.. For some reason players really want to play for him.

Luiciano lazy, Roberts average. Talau hopeless.

Madge only saving brace in reserve grade and jersey flegg.

Madge is not the one bludging on the field but his team selection and loyalty to our play makers leaves a lot to be desired!

This group cannot handle the dinosaurs basic philosophy, yet people here are going on like they could competently apply new strategies week to week...

We handled the bunnies. That kind of professionalism shouldnt be the exception, it should be the rule. Our default level is minutes 30-50 from today, that isnt coaching, that is ineptitude at the player level.

Irrespective of the failings of our players.

Coach is ultimately responsible for performances, and he needs to go.

Haven't called for it previously, have even defended him. But we've regressed and that's on him.

Okay so we sack Madge, then what? The next coach comes in, says he hasn't got the right type of players for his style, spends the next 2 years cleaning out the roster, then in 2024 we are where we are right now again.

Then in 2024 we sack that coach, next coach does the same thing, and so on. Occasionally someone will come in with an eye for instant success, and royally mess up our roster so badly that it sets us back 4 years (Cleary).

I'm riding this train all the way to wooden spoon station. I'd rather come last than stay in a perpetual loop of the last 10 years - which is what WILL happen if we sack Madge.
