The photo of Smith, Cronk and Chambers standing on the field after Sundays Test having a happy snap taken with Bromwich, Proctor and Harris, smiles all round. Embarrassing TBH. Fair enough have a beer with the opposition after a match but to stand there taking cheesy faced photos after you've just had your arse spanked representing your country was a joke. Especially after those 3 Aussie blokes played like crap (at least Cronk had a bit of a dig). Couldn't imagine Webcke, Tallis or Blocker standing there taking photos like a Japanese tourist after getting flogged, they played with a bit more passion and pride in the Aussie jumper. I would think some of the other Aussies that got beat on Sunday probably wouldn't have been too impressed with the tourist photos either.
 
What do you want them to do? cry? lol they are getting paid, what do they care.

You reckon it was a good look do you after a flogging? People wet the bed on here if the Tigers players smile and laugh after copping a hiding. What is the difference. Maybe we can merge my Storm bashing threads together with your 'Blake Austin wouldn't pass the ball if his Mum was a ransom demand' posts GNR….you have brought that chestnut out more than once. Glass houses, stones...you know the rest.

Well said GCT. If people can't understand that point then there is no point wasting our breath on them I guess.
 
Despite the usual Storm bashing undercurrent of this thread…I agree. PP look especially after a flogging. If the game had of been a war and all shined I could understand their collective pride...
 
They're professionals. Gone are the halcyon days of pulling on the jersey for a carton of piss and belting the living daylights out of the bloke opposite you.
These blokes get paid to play a game of footy and they do just that. Heaven forbid the big 3 of the Storm could have a photo with three of their brightest youngsters who just happen to be on the other team.

Rep games are a line on the CV and an extra zero or two on your pay check, the players make their living out in clubland and I'm sure they're well aware of it.

Being a good loser doesn't mean you didnt give your all during the game.

The great Laurie Lawrence famously says, if you gave it your all in preparation, you gave it your all on the day, then you can look yourself in the mirror with pride regardless of the result.

I love that comment. There is a loser in every game, if you cant handle losing, than don't play sport, game is over, you are allowed to smile and be happy with your opponent

How you could pose for happy snaps straight after you have lost a game for your country without showing any passion… disgusting.
Oddly enough they all played like crap as well.
