I agree. He also need early ball. There was one time Douhei didn’t pass to him and he didn’t look happy at all. Also I would add to this that we are using LL way too much. Every time we go left he gets the ball and Laurie is always drifting behind him. Brooks has too use LL as a decoy and get it to Laurie to feed talau.

Do people realise that the Knights had one of the worst defenders to ever play first grade on the other side of the field? Could that be why we went left in attack?

Its common sense give JTJ the ball early and with some space. He did look abit rusty and puffed some big ones in during the game but he is only going to get better as he gets more game time.

His best attribute is attack & speed. We must use it especially with our best winger beside him.

I liked what he did in defence, he was really active in the line, and Knights kept opting to go to Barnett who was handled well for the most part by Doueihi and Garner. Agree that the right side deserves more ball in better areas, but I think it will come.

I think Jimmy and Laurie have both struggled to fit into our attack. The sooner we can get both more involved and have some set plays around them the better we will be.

Something nice that I noticed with JTJ is his pace in defence. Sometimes he got caught in the wrong position, but he's so fast he quickly made up for it and made the tackle.
