I'm sure I'm not the only person that does this… but each week leading up to a game I'm usually on 2 forums. Our amazing WTF and whatever B-grade forum the other teams on.

I love watching other forums, (some of their comments about us make good signature material :stuck_out_tongue: )

My question is… has anyone else been looking at The Kennel? Cause I've been watching for a week and there hasn't been a word about the game round 1! Am I missing it or what?
 
I haven't looked at it lately but I have seen it before. In my opinion The Kennel is what this forum would like if there was no moderation to prevent non-stop abuse, swearing, and flame wars.

I don't know about that Yoss… Yeah things get heated on here, and we take shots at each other but I'd like to think that the collective IQ on this forum is far greater than there. Some of their fans are downright cretins, they coax each other into fights offline and say things I can't imagine any self respecting human being saying.

I will say I am thankful the mods/admin keep this house very tidy though.
 
Correct CB the colloective IQ of the Kennel would be less than 100\. some of the comments on there look as if they were written by a 6 year old.
 
So….incase anyone didnt notice...you cant look at what their..."BULLDOGS ARMY" thread....

That is certainly true CB. I agree things probably wouldn't slide as much as that but I do think The Kennel is a useful guide as to what can happen without decent mods. As things get worse the more thoughtful posters give up and the yahoos and clowns take over.

You're right that I should give this forum more credit!

Who gives a stuff about the kennel, dogs fans are idiots
-they don't think Jamaal Idris is fat, and believe he deserved 09 rookie of the year of Josh Dugan
-they think Michael Ennis is an origin quality player
-they think Luke Patten was more than an average first grader
-they are exactly as stupid as Beau Ryan portrays them to be

need I continue?

Dogs supporters are not the only ones that exclusively suffer from that delusion.
 
I went to a tigers/bulldogs game back in 06 with my wife where Gibbs knocked himself out, and I swore that I would never, ever again watch another tigers/bulldogs game live again. Their fans are something spectacular to behold, and not in a good way.
