Just wondering if any one watched this last night? Warren Smith gave us a bit of a hammering he said we are like michael clarke all style but no substance…... :crazy he may be somewhat right but man i hope our players watched this and use it for motivation.........

Brisbane = Jimmy Barnes ….Tigers = Justin Beiber
Brisbane = Alan Border ....Tigers = Pup
Brisbane = Clint Eastwood ....Tigers - Keanu Reeves

They have a point, we not real good at the hard yakka

Good show though I like it...Sheenius is on next week

Jimmy Barnes is a Tigers supporter

LOL..It was an analogy, Brisbane play with substance much like Barnsey, we play fancy and pretty, like Justin…

thats the big question isn't it. Would you rather follow a team who grind out wins and yes will more than not be successful or a team who play with flair, excitment who will keep you guessing.

I personally will always go with the latter as to me it's not just the winning but the enjoyment of going to games, and footy in general that i get a buzz out of.

(Apart from the Dragoons who look like gladiators returning from 2010 ) this is not the time to start peaking in the season. Worry when this is a discussion in round 16.

We do still have time. We are sitting in 8th position and we have our key players not really hitting form. When Farah, Lui, Benji and Moltzen start turning it on we will be in with a shot.

I'm pretty comfortable with wins actually Iron! The razzle dazzle is just icing. Perhaps it is my Western Suburbs supporter background where wins have been few and far between.

I for one loathe the Dragons, Storm and Broncos. They play a boring predictable style.
Go the Tigers – crash or crash through!

Another worthy comparison is to liken Wests Tigers to the team I follow in the English Premier League …..... Arsenal. Great to watch, all the flair in the world, the team most neutrals love to see, but have got a lousy defence and just can't seem to get the results. (Oddly enough also haven't won a trophy since 2005 !)

As a life long West Ham fan and my wife being a Spurs fan since Jesus was a boy, to compare our beloved Tigers to Arsenal is way off the mark, if not a little insulting. Yes they play stylish football but that's where the comparison ends. Having been brought up and living in the uk for 30 years I can assure you Arsenal are not and never will be the team neutrals love to see.

You will never hear crowds sing "boring boring Tigers" or "'6 nil to the West Tigers"

A better comparison would be despite being less successful than the Tigers are West Ham. A club that has a history of playing skilful attractive football and like the Tigers are a team neutrals love and some have as their second favourite team (a thought I don't subscribe to) simply because fans of the big successful clubs don't see them as a threat and neutrals like watching great football without the emotional risk.

i would rather our team grind out wins instead of playing with flair if it means winning more games.

I wouldn't.

The thing I love about following the Tigers is the fact ever game I watch is entertaining! As a supporter, ofcourse the end result is everything, but as someone who loves league… I think the Dragons and this seasons Broncos are so boring to watch! 75% of last tackle plays are a bomb to the wing... BOOOORRRRRIIIINNNNNGGGG

As a fellow Hammer fan one thing I appreciate is at least if the Tigers finish in the bottom three we will still be in the Top division I think we are going down unless a miracle occurs in EPL
