What is the most expensive ticket you have ever bought for a sporting fixture? Tonight's Wimbledon men’s final could be the most expensive ticket in sports history? I don't think I've paid much at all. Watched the Wallabies play once and it might have been like $60, pretty sure it wasnt me who actually paid for it though.

I can't recall how much I paid for tickets to the Sydney Olympics. But then I didn't go to anything that was in hot demand so it probably wasn't too much. I snapped up a couple of the remaining tickets to the 2005 grand final the Monday after we beat the Dragons, but I think that was less than $100 each.

Does multiple days of a single test match count as a single event? I've been to 3 days of test cricket a fair few times…
