The new coach

Wayne Pearce…

Not as an actual coach mind you. More of a "Media head Coach"

In fact just the idea of a Wayne Pearce more than anything. Someone like Robbie Deans would also be a great idea (The actual person doesn't matter)

A figurehead, that has media training, is well respected in the game that is also a media darling. Somebody who has a history with the club would be preferred.

He should not be anywhere near the football field unless its with media. He can scream into the microphone but make sure that nobody is listening....

Then below that you would have the actual coach. So he can take away all of extra work that coaches are needed to do. Even then I wouldn't even have somebody that is that well known as a coach.. Something like below would be my recommendation...

Head coach / Manager - Wayne Pearce (just answer the questions Jnr, and be a happy)

Chief Council - Kevin Walters (Full time head coach NRL contract, without the media hassle.)
Assistant Coach Alfie Langer (Has worked with Walters many times before)

Attacking Coach - Andrew Johns (Simply reads the game fantastically, Attacking coach means he could still do channel 9 duties)

Defensive Coach - Steve Price (Great defensive coach)

Sorry for the new thread, however every time I click on a thread I am getting a "general error"
