The NRL Bunko (Bunker) must be reformed

The news article that @diedpretty posted yesterday, says this about Rick Williams,

The man responsible (Rick Williams) for introducing the bunker concept to the NRL has revealed he always feared the type of debacle that robbed Wests Tigers of victory last Sunday would occur if the NRL didn’t heed his advice and limit its use to only adjudicating on tries.

But why has Annesley and the NRL chose to ignore this strong warning? and making the NRL Bunker to literally become the NRL Bunko.

When the NRL Bunker have unashamedly and consistently been making these wrong decisions weekly, I think it is very befitting to know that the word Bunker is very similar to the word Bunko,
But in fact the meaning of the word Bunko would exactly have the same meaning when applied to the NRL Bunker as we know it to be.

1. a swindle in which a person is cheated at gambling , persuaded to buy a nonexistant, unsalable, or worthless object, or otherwise victimize

I believe that there is no doubt whatsoever that the bunker is intentionally being used to bend the rules and to alter and achieve their desired corrupt results of games

Annesley and his colleague V'landys has caused enormous damage to the reputation of this game, therefore they must be deposed from their positions sooner rather than later.
