The NRL Must Act

They have to introduce a one minute clock on the ref in the box making a call and if he can not make a call in that time frame it reverts back to the refs call.

Last night was a joke, we spent what seemed like a eternity in the freezing cold looking at the big screen waiting for a call to be made.

It kills the game as a spectacle, okay we want them to get it right, but some common sense must be applied.

The Nrl is going backwards as a form of entertainment and things like the ref in the box taking five minutes to make a call is not helping

It's hard enough to watch on tele when they can't make a decision. Does give me a chance to make a coffee to calm the nerves though

Go back to one ref.

Let teams have one or two 'challenges' a half where they can refer a decision to video.

That's all you need. The sooner play gets started again, the sooner people forget and just get on with things.

Completely agree. i can live with wrong decisions made on field. But living with controversial ones after a thousand forensic inspections is hard
