okay, i cant help myself any more: IM EXCITED!!
i know it was only the sharks (btw, have you ever seen such a demoralised side?!), but i just cant help but to now be 100% hopeful of the tigers this season.
ive held back and not let myself get carried away, but the way they just blew the sharks away made me think there is no reason we cant beat **anyone**. added to that wins they have ground out (roosters, manly) and the recipe for success is there.
its all just clicking for them at the moment and isnt it great to be a tigers supporter at the moment?!!
of course, i do understand that now i have opened up i am vulnerable to a world of hurt if it all falls apart, but as they say, love like you've never been hurt and all that.

Friday night is the real litmus test IMO. The Titans and Bulldogs do not worry me as much as the Eels do. Admittedly Parramatta have also come up against some pretty weak opposition lately in the form of the Sharks, Knights, who seem to have given up now that Smith is going and the Warriors who have been woeful for weeks on end.
It's their record against the Tigers that worries me, although I think the Eels can be pinpointed moreso now than in previous sides that have played the Tigers, based purely on the fact that Hayne is their chief playmaker.

With Newcastle beating Melbourne this comp is just too hard to pick - i think there are just too many variables to pick the final makeup at this stage - mathematically 4th spot is still up for grabs - although the Storm should get there- i think we will still be guessing come round 26.
