I just don't think Farah gels with what the team is trying to do, whether that's in his playing style, his influence around the team, or a bit of both. Brooks is probably 100% on board with the direction for all we know, and he's improving all the time.

The team has outgrown Farah, its that simple. He'll probably be allowed to play his natural game at Souths, so i'm sure they'll get a bit of value out of him, but we don't need that. The way Moses has stood up the last week is proof of that and also gives credence that he approached the coach to make this happen.

Rd 21 Tigers V Parra - Moses plays even better, Tigers defense is OK, Brooks plays 40 minutes
Rd 22 Tigers V Cowboys - Moses plays one of his best games all season, Tigers defense is great for almost the full 80 minutes, Brooks plays 0 minutes

Seems like Brooks has a negative impact on team cohesion to me :roll

Robbie was more professional than Brooks in the off season and pre-season. Old Robbie was leading the pack in preseason training with Brooks coming last.

Our dedicated captain even went to US to watch Superbawl for WT, that is commitment and professionalism :smiley:

Cohesion only applies to Farah, Sirro and JAC the rest can please themselves.

this is just theory, but going on what our beloved leader ( JT ) has told us that robbie does not fit into the balance of the team. going on MOSES form in the last game and 1/2 since Brooks went down does JT come out and tell Brooks hey the team preforms better without u, your free to leave and u can join robbie in NSW CUP for the rest of the season. now before all the hot heads on here start screaming at me, this is tongue in cheek stuff, but seeing how JT goes about things could this really happen?

I wouldn't go as far as that tongue in cheek or not but I can definitely see Brooks not being offered a contract after next year unless he goes to another level.
